Our mission is to share Filipino culture and food through the talents of the Filipino-American chefs of Jacksonville, Florida.
Jacksonville has the largest Filipino population in the Southeast, yet Filipino foods are generally absent from the area's culinary scene.
The next generations of Filipino-Americans — and all food lovers! — need to see and taste the rich culinary culture of the Philippines, and we believe now is the time for us to join the Filipino food movement that is taking place globally.
