Five Course Pop-Up Dinner AT BLEU CHOCOLÁT
Our Five Course Pop-up Dinner took place April 15th at Bleu Chocolàt Cafe in Historic Springfield. Bleu Chocolàt owner Chef Erika Cline was incredibly generous to let us take over her kitchen, with chefs Jojo Hernandez and James Victorino leading the team with a menu that ranged from street food to fine dining.
This event was a wonderful milestone in our mission to bring Filipino food to Northeast Florida and through this event we were also able to continue our efforts to promote Filipino culture, with a portion of the proceeds of the event going to The Filipino Language and Cultural School.
We are extremely grateful for everyone who joined us!
