Pop-up Dinner

Our Five Course Pop-up Dinner at Blue Bamboo Restaurant took place August 5th and featured a menu of classic and elevated Filipino dishes along with a performance by Mindanao native and musical artist Geej Williams & her band.

The dinner benefited the Neurosurgery Outreach Foundation’s support for the Emergency Patient Care Fund.

Our gratitude goes out to Chef Dennis Chan, the owner of Blue Bamboo, for being such a generous and gracious host and letting us take over his kitchen for this event. Also, thank you to Congaree and Penn for providing their delicious rice, Bronie Brunet for the lovely menu design, and Leslie Rios Wilkins for the beautiful florals.

And of course, a very special thank you to everyone who bought a ticket to join us for the Five Course Pop-Up Dinner, ushering Jacksonville into the global Filipino Food Movement and helping out a great cause in the process.
